Person from Ciego de Ávila living in Havana: "I don't turn back, not even to gain momentum"

In a video shared on TikTok, a young Cuban man who goes by the username @ale_03official on the platform, shared his experience living in Havana. In his post, the young man humorously recounted anecdotes and his experience since arriving in the capital.

"I am from Ciego de Ávila living in Havana and obviously when I arrived, everywhere I looked was up," he begins, joining the popular trend on social media to share experiences or testimonials.

The young man admits that he always defended his province by saying that he did not live in the countryside. "And it turns out that I did, I always lived in the countryside." Now, settled in the capital, he says he does not plan to return: "I don't turn back, not even to gain momentum."

Among his most notable comments, he mentions how he has already fallen into "the trap of the people from Havana" and has therefore been scammed, and how he has adopted certain precautions typical of life in Havana: "whenever I get on a bus, the backpack goes in front."
