A traffic accident occurred on Wednesday in the Havana municipality of Guanabacoa, where a truck ran a stop sign and hit a van, causing serious damage to it.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Cadenas and Versalles streets.

Another witness stated that the truck was going at 100 km per hour.

The photographs allow us to see that the truck dragged the pick-up truck several meters.

The impact was such that despite being a much larger vehicle, it practically lost the entire front.

However, their damages are not comparable to those of the van, which suffered much more serious destruction on the driver's side.

An internet user revealed that the driver's name is David and that he is doing well.
