A Polski Fiat and a car from the Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) collided Monday morning, without any human casualties.
The accident was reported by the user Maikel Fernández in the Facebook group "BUS & TRUCK ACCIDENTS for more experience and fewer victims!", where he shared a video of the incident.
Fernández specified that the accident occurred at "Vía Blanca and Calzada de Concha", in the Havana municipality of Old Havana. He specified that in the event, there were "only material damages."
In the video, it can be seen that both vehicles collided head-on, apparently one of the two violated the right of way. The Polski received the most damage, with dents and impacts on its bumper.
This Sunday, two Moskvitch brand cars suffered significant damage after colliding head-on on the Central Road of Cuba.
“Two similar ones facing each other a few meters from the dividing line between Matanzas and Mayabeque, Central Highway. There were injuries,” wrote user Raciel García in the Facebook group “ACCIDENTES BUSES & CAMIONES for more experience and fewer victims!”
While one vehicle overturned on the medians of the Vía Blanca, the highway that connects the Cuban capital with Varadero.
Two people were injured after the impact of two cars near the student residence of the University of the East, in Santiago de Cuba.
The injured, who were transported to the Provincial Hospital Saturnino Lora, were traveling in a white car that was the one that collided with a black Mercedes Benz that was parked.
Also, a classic car and a Peugeot 405 collided in the afternoon at a roundabout in the city of Santa Clara, without any loss of human lives being reported.
