A couple was caught stealing a bottle of spicy olive oil from a café located at the intersection of Lacret and Diez de Octubre in Havana.

The scarcity and precariousness in Cuba are such that criminals do not hesitate to steal any kind of things. The incident occurred on Monday at 9 p.m., as reported by Marco Ferraresi, the owner of the establishment, through a post on Facebook.

These two hungry individuals are being sought. They stole a spicy olive oil. A thief is a thief and must pay. Sooner or later we will find them... I hope it's before they steal from you too," Ferraresi wrote on his profile.

Additionally, the cafeteria manager offered a reward to anyone who provides information about those responsible.

The robbery has sparked outrage among the residents of the area, who believe that this type of actions affect local businesses and the community in general.

The authorities have been notified of the incident, and an investigation is expected to be initiated to identify those responsible. However, since it is a theft of low-value items, it is most likely that the police will take action.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspects can contact Marco Ferraresi directly or the local authorities to help in resolving this case.
