The Cuban comedian Andy Vázquez and his colleague and compatriot Yuri Rojas met in Punta Cana. Andy and his family traveled to the famous Dominican resort on Saturday, where they will spend two weeks on vacation.

Originally from Las Tunas, Yuri resides in Cuba, but he often travels to Punta Cana for work. On this occasion, he was able to take his two girls with him.
The comedian is best known for his work on the Internet, where he has over 374 thousand followers. His comedic videos about Cuban reality are very well-liked, with Zoila often being the protagonist.
Rojas has a long acting career -a large part of it dedicated to children- for over 20 years, for which he has been awarded on more than one occasion.
"Throughout all this time, I have been involved in activities for both children and adults. I have enjoyed playing characters such as Mariachiquito, Zoila Bárbara (who is now Pedacito's teacher at Paya School), and the character of the fumigator Juan Abate..." he told Periódico 26 in 2020.
