A family of recently arrived Cubans tries strawberries for the first time in the USA: "It doesn't taste like what I thought it was going to taste like."

A Cuban newcomer to the United States is experiencing many firsts after leaving Cuba. Going to a supermarket in the USA, eating food from McDonald's, or even trying fruits like strawberries. Moments that the young man, who identifies himself as @sergitosant on TikTok, has wanted to share through social media to express his impressions.

One of the most viral videos he has posted since arriving in the United States is the one of him trying strawberries with his family.

In the video, we see the 21-year-old young man and his 44-year-old mother trying the fruit.

"I don't dislike it, it doesn't taste like what I thought it would taste like," he said after tasting the strawberries.
