A Lada car was crushed after the wall of an abandoned building fell on it, which had been hit by a bus minutes earlier.

The wall belonged to an old warehouse that served as a parking lot, located near the streets Heredia and Peralejo, in the city of Santiago de Cuba, said independent journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada on his Facebook profile.

The communicator explains that the structure collapsed after a bus belonging to the Cement Factory of the province hit it.

In that incident, a 32-year-old woman and mother of three minor children lost her life while passing through the area and became trapped under the rubble.

Despite the efforts of several people who tried to help her, the woman died at the scene, Mayeta noted.

According to the publication, up to this moment, the political and governmental authorities of Santiago de Cuba have not appeared in the area of the incident, and in the case of the car, its owner and family members "have begun to move the debris, putting their own lives at risk due to the instability of the infrastructure."
