William Levy introduced Captain Torres on his Instagram, the character he will play in the new movie he just filmed in Spain.
The film titled Under a Volcano was shot in Tenerife, and the Cuban actor is one of the protagonists, playing the role of Mario Torres, a military pilot.
"Captain Torres... looking forward to you all being able to see and enjoy this great project! Love you all! Thank you, Tenerife, for all the support. The UME brothers will be missed. Thank you for doing so much for the people and always being willing to serve!" wrote the artist alongside his post on that social media.
Levy included several photos from the shoot in the post, and something became very clear to the artist's followers: there will be sighs again because his character will win over quite a few hearts.
The recordings for this romantic action comedy, directed by Martín Cuervo and in which Levy shares the lead role with actress Maggie Civantos from the popular series "Vis a Vis," have already concluded.
The plot of Bajo un volcán follows the love amidst chaos between Captain Torres and Dani, a volcanologist whose main concern is the imminent reactivation of a volcano.
The film, another collaboration between Secuoya Studios and the Cuban production company William Levy Entertainment, still does not have a release date but there are high expectations surrounding it.
