William Gutiérrez Levy is a Cuban model, television actor, film actor, and voice actor born on August 29, 1980, in Havana, Cuba.
Although he was born in Havana, at the age of 15, still a minor, his stepfather obtained political asylum in the United States, and William legally emigrated with him.
He began studying Business Administration but did not complete his degree to pursue his true calling: acting and modeling. He was contracted by Next Model agency and participated in two reality TV shows, Island of Temptation (2002) and Protagonists of Novels 2 (2002).
He studied acting in Miami, Los Angeles, and Mexico.
His acting career began in telenovelas for Venevision International. He made his debut in Olvidarte jamás (2005) and later became part of the cast of Mi vida eres tú (2006) and Acorralada (2007). With Pasión (2007-2008), he made his debut in Mexican television. His first leading role came in Cuidado con el ángel (2008-2009), which was broadcast by Univision. From this point on, his career as a telenovela actor, particularly in leading roles, has continued to thrive: Sortilegio (Mexico, 2009), Triunfo del Amor (2010-2011), La tempestad (2013).
She has appeared in television series such as Mujeres asesinadas (Mexico, 2010) and Single Ladies (VH1, 2012), and acted in films like Retazos de vida (2008), The Single Mums Club (2014), and Addicted (2014). She has also ventured into theater, serving as both lead actress and co-producer for Un amante a la medida (Mexico, 2009), which was later renamed Un amante perfecto (2010). Additionally, she provided her voice for a character in Planet 51.
In 2012, he/she secured third place in the final of the reality show Dancing with the Stars.
He was an actor in the music video for Jennifer Lopez's song "I'm Into You."
She was the face of the Dolce & Gabbana clothing ad campaign in 2010.
