"It was finger-licking good": Cuban shares her recipe for banana fufu on TikTok.

"Those are little foods that you know get some people out of a bind."


The Cuban content creator, Yaema Galguera, showed her followers on TikTok how to prepare a delicious plantain fufú.

In her recent post, Yaema (@yaemagalguera) enthusiastically shared every step of her recipe, which, with the inclusion of green and ripe plantains, is "a 10 out of 10."

"Come with me for two minutes and I'll show you how I made this banana fufú that is finger-licking good," Yaema begins by saying in the video, where she explained that with just five bananas she was able to prepare the dish for four people.

This Cuban, who according to the information on her account resides in South Carolina and is the CEO and owner of Cuban Corner Food, highlighted the key to her recipe in the mix of butter with garlic that she prepares to add to the plantains. "Here, you have to give it a lot of my love, because you know that this requires strength." Once the plantains are ready, she crushes them along with the garlic and butter mixture, adding a bit more butter to taste. The finishing touch is a sauté with onion.

"Tell me what you would pair it with, tell me if you liked the video, tell me if you like banana fufu, and leave it in the comments," he invited at the end of the video.

With questions, comments, and suggestions, the followers reacted to her recipe.
