Cuban woman reveals how much she pays for her rent in West Palm.

Cubana from West Palm details her expenses living in this area of Florida.

A Cuban woman living in West Palm revealed how much she pays for rent on a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a TikTok video, where she also detailed her expenses.

In her video, the user @a.licia_999 explains that depending on the area of this city in Florida, rental prices can vary. "According to the location, it is more expensive or cheaper. Where I live, I pay 1,800 dollars without including any type of bill," she comments.

Additionally, the Cuban details the extra expenses: "I pay for water, which is about 60 dollars, and for electricity, it's about 200 dollars." She also mentions that the building does not have laundry in each apartment, but rather a shared room for the whole floor: "This one is cheaper than other laundries because it costs 1.50 dollars."

However, she decided to install a washing machine in her own apartment, sacrificing the space of the dishwasher and noticed the increase in the cost of water and electricity.

Finally, they comment on how the price varies by area and whether it is considered "good" or "bad": "Now West Palm is full of Latinos and Hispanics. But we have friends who live in an area that at one point was not good and they have a two-bathroom, two-bedroom apartment for 1,300 dollars."

Additionally, he mentions that if someone plans to move to West Palm, if they search in advance, they can find an affordable rental.
