Cuqui La Mora celebrates five years in the United States and applies for citizenship.

"Coming to this country is the greatest thing that has happened to me in my life," the artist affirmed.

Cuqui La Mora is celebrating; on August 23, she is turning five years old in the United States, and there are many reasons to be grateful to this country for having welcomed her.

Happy and proud of everything she has achieved on American soil, the Cuban comedian celebrated with a cake, a candle with the number five, and an American flag.

"Arriving in this country is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me; soon I will be a citizen, a great dream to fulfill," Cuqui stated in one of her Instagram posts.

In another post, along with the video of the moment he blew out the candle, he shared with his followers that this Friday he submitted his application to begin the process of obtaining American citizenship.

"Five years already in this wonderful country. I love America. The application is gone now," she added while many of her followers congratulated her on this important step.

In addition to continuing her career as a comedian in the United States and achieving stability, Cuqui La Mora has managed to bring her family together in that territory. In July 2023, she welcomed her mother in Miami and later in August of that same year, her brother, sister-in-law, and nieces.
