A young mother of three children has been missing since Wednesday morning in Havana, according to family sources.

Identified as Saray Rodríguez, the 27-year-old is from Santa Amelia, in San José de las Lajas, and left the day before in the morning towards Havana. Her family has not been able to contact her since then because her cell phone remains turned off.

According to her relatives, Saray is of medium height and has light brown eyes.

Saray's mother, Martha Betancourt, stated in a Facebook post that her daughter was last seen at Gloria and Revillagigedo, in Old Havana.

Her husband, Frank Elías, has made several posts asking for help to find her. In the most recent one, he wrote: “We are trying to locate my wife. She has been missing since yesterday, mother of three children. She is wearing black leggings and a pink blouse. Call urgently (to) 63924179, Frank. The police warned us that they only take action after 72 hours. Please support us.”

"Since yesterday at 9 am we haven't heard from her," said one of the comments.

Another post on the social network emphasized that the family "is desperate," as they have no news about the young woman's whereabouts and her phone still has no signal.

“Please, help, this girl is missing, we haven't heard from her since yesterday morning, she left for Havana and has not returned yet, the mobile is off,” wrote Yeli Pérez. “Her family is desperate, her three small children are waiting for her at home.”

She added that Saray left her home wearing a pink T-shirt, black leggings, and white sneakers.

She also asked that anyone who sees her or has any information about her contact her husband Frank Elías at the number +53 63924179, or her aunt Mariela at +53 58442962.

According to another source close to Saray, the family had already reported to the police. However, her husband has mentioned in several posts that the police informed that they only intervene after 72 hours of a person's disappearance.

In recent times, reports of missing persons in Cuba have become frequent, causing concern among families, who desperately turn to social media in search of help to locate their loved ones due to the lack of an official channel to highlight these cases.
