Among the advantages, he highlighted the flexibility in work hours, noting that it is possible to find shifts for all kinds of people. "I, for example, work in the early morning, and I love it," he commented, also mentioning that he has two 15-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch, benefits that are not always offered in other jobs.

The creator also mentioned other benefits that Walmart offers its employees, such as discounts on purchases, free membership at some gyms, and a subscription to the streaming platform Paramount Plus, as well as health insurance that, although "doesn't cover much... it's there, just in case of a work accident."

Another aspect that was highlighted was inclusivity in hiring: "Walmart hires all kinds of people: the elderly, the visually impaired, autistic individuals, immigrants like me," he commented.

The post sparked thousands of comments from users, who shared their experiences and opinions about working at Walmart: "Walmart's insurance is very good, a woman who works with me had two heart transplants with that insurance"; "I'm interested in the gym"; "I put this video in my lunchroom with all my coworkers, you made us laugh a lot… totally relatable"; "The employee discount is also good, not too much but something, they accepted me for having autism"; "There are some gyms, you have to ask in your area which ones are available. And yes, they are free"; "The insurance is one of the best! I guarantee it"; "I work at Walmart and didn’t know we had so many benefits"; "I love that Walmart hires everyone, opportunities for all"; "I dare say the company's benefits are among the best. I work for Sam’s Club (same company) but our internal management is terrible."
