Meet Marianela Ancheta, the winner of Miss Universe Cuba 2024: Everything about the queen of Cuban beauty.

The 31-year-old Cuban woman will be in charge of representing Cuba after 57 years of absence from the contest.

Cuba is once again present at the Miss Universe pageant after 57 years of absence, and the one representing it will be Marianela Ancheta, a Cuban model who crossed the border through Mexico with her mother to reach the United States, where they had no family to help them.

Marianela Ancheta, 31 years old, was born in Villa Clara and represented the Central Region in the Miss Universe Cuba pageant. Since her selection as a candidate, she positioned herself as one of the top favorites to take home the crown. In the competition, she surpassed 23 other contestants, ultimately prevailing over Alina Robert, the first runner-up.

In addition to her career as a model and ambassador for various brands, Marianela is an entrepreneur and businesswoman, and she has her own line of skincare products.

Regarding her love life, the young woman was in a relationship with the Cuban singer Dale Pututi, and recently she has been linked to the Colombian footballer James Rodríguez, although neither of them has confirmed or denied the romance so far.

Currently, Marianela resides in Miami, where she is part of a circle of friends that includes well-known figures from Cuban show business, such as Kuki Delgado, daughter of the singer Alexander Delgado.

Marianela Ancheta will represent Cuba in Miss Universe 2024, which will be held on November 16 in Mexico City. During the pageant, Sheynnis Palacios, the current queen, will crown her successor.

This 73rd edition of Miss Universe is notable for allowing, for the first time, the participation of women over 28 years old, as well as mothers and women with children, a new rule that has allowed Marianela, 31 years old, to compete.
