"I want to start by sending the best positive vibes to all those people whose cars were flooded, whose homes were flooded, and who are now in a very delicate situation," he commented in the video, which has received over 300 likes and multiple messages of support.
@i.am.ivey talked about how hard it is to lose material possessions but emphasized the importance of moving forward. He recalled a conversation he had with a friend, who told him, "If I see everything I have underwater, let the cyclone take me with everything." Ivey admitted that this reaction was understandable since in the United States, everything obtained is through a lot of sacrifice. However, he also highlighted that the most important thing is to preserve life and that, although seeing what took so much work to achieve being lost "overnight" is painful, there is nothing left but to "push forward" and trust that it is possible to recover what was lost.
