Alex Otaola stole the attention of Cubans on social media this week when he shared live that he had bought a million-dollar property on a beautiful private beach in Melbourne.
"I not only bought the ranch. I also bought the house on the beach in Melbourne. It's a fact, and you should already know it. (...) For those who couldn't sleep over a ranch and four cows. Hey... Now I even have dolphins!" said the influencer and burst into laughter.
The news sparked the interest of the Cuban audience in the United States and boosted visits to the website of the house on the beach of Otaola. In one of his recent shows, he shared juicy details about this property and briefly explained how he managed to acquire it.
Otaola said he had been interested in buying this house for a while, but he negotiated the price and patiently waited for the best offer to come along.
The deal is already closed; he is the new owner. However, the final price he paid for this residence, which has three independent apartments right on the beach, was kept a secret.
He kept the contract of the housekeeper who worked for the previous owner. This house will not be Otaola's permanent residence but a business to rent to vacationers who wish to enjoy the natural beauty of Melbourne, particularly the private beach.
The apartments are pet friendly. You can stay with your pets and enjoy the sea with them. Otaola warned that, because it is a beach where wildlife is protected, especially the turtles that nest there, there are restrictions on bringing dogs down to the sand at night.
Among the influencer's projects is to include a jacuzzi for his clients, so they can relax on vacation days in Florida.
Otaola assures that the first bookings are already about to come in and asked people not to occupy the house all year round because he also wants to enjoy his million-dollar property on Melbourne beach.
