An elderly woman with dementia has been missing for over two months in Havana.

Reports of missing persons cases have gained significant visibility in Cuba.

A 74-year-old woman has been missing for almost three months in Havana, according to a report from her daughter-in-law on social media.

User Danay Hierrezuelo posted several photographs of the woman in Facebook groups dedicated to reporting the disappearance of people in Cuba.

Hierrezuelo said that his mother-in-law is named Mirian Blake and resides in zone 11 of Alamar. “She has been missing since Saturday, July 6, since 1 PM,” he mentioned.

He also added that he suffers from dementia, and requested that any information be notified to the numbers 77633482 or 56866122.

Reports of missing persons have gained significant visibility in Cuba, where there is a noticeable increase in these events.

Currently, the family members of Maya Bustillo Fernández, 65 years old, are searching for her in Havana.

According to her loved ones, Maya has been missing from her home for two days and was last seen in Butari Park, located in Porvenir.

Another case is of a Cuban family that turned to social media to seek help in trying to locate an elderly person who has been missing for a week in the capital.

"His name is Enrique Blanco Acosta, but we all know him as Kiki, he lives in Mantilla, Arroyo Naranjo. If anyone sees him or knows anything, please contact me at 53608659. I am his niece Dayanne, you can also call 56381657 for Gina, who is my mom," wrote a relative.

Also, a mother and her son have been missing in Havana, he since Monday and she since Tuesday when she went out to look for him. The incident could be related to the young man's drug use.
