A Cuban resident in Louisville, Kentucky, shared a tour of his new home with his followers this Sunday, which he bought for $210,000.
Through a video shared on TikTok, Devis (@blued_diamond) explained details about his three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, highlighting that many had asked him about the cost of the house.
During the tour, she showed every corner of her house, starting with the wide porch, followed by the living room, which she described as spacious and furnished with furniture that she pays for in comfortable monthly installments of 50 dollars. She also highlighted her television and the kitchen, with direct access to the garage where two cars are parked.
The young man kept mentioning the buying opportunities he has found, like a bed purchased for only 1,200 dollars on Marketplace, and joked about the need to make some improvements to the main bathroom.
On the upper floor, it showed two additional rooms, one of which is used as an office, as well as a bathroom for visitors and the laundry area, where there are washing machines that were gifted to him by a friend.
At the end of the video, the proud owner concluded the tour by saying, "For just $210,000, here is Blue Diamond with its first house."
