Cuban shows the house he bought in Louisville for 210 thousand dollars.

The young man showed all the spaces of his new house and also shared some details about how he acquired some of the furniture.

A Cuban resident in Louisville, Kentucky, shared a tour of his new home with his followers this Sunday, which he bought for $210,000.

Through a video shared on TikTok, Devis (@blued_diamond) explained details about his three-bedroom, three-bathroom home, highlighting that many had asked him about the cost of the house.

During the tour, she showed every corner of her house, starting with the wide porch, followed by the living room, which she described as spacious and furnished with furniture that she pays for in comfortable monthly installments of 50 dollars. She also highlighted her television and the kitchen, with direct access to the garage where two cars are parked.

The young man kept mentioning the buying opportunities he has found, like a bed purchased for only 1,200 dollars on Marketplace, and joked about the need to make some improvements to the main bathroom.

On the upper floor, it showed two additional rooms, one of which is used as an office, as well as a bathroom for visitors and the laundry area, where there are washing machines that were gifted to him by a friend.

At the end of the video, the proud owner concluded the tour by saying, "For just $210,000, here is Blue Diamond with its first house."

Recently, the Cuban influencer Miguelín David showcased the first house he bought in Miami, just a little over two years after arriving in the United States.

Proud and happy about this new step in life, he took the opportunity to share on Instagram images of the house and the moment he made the purchase of the home official.

In August, El Chulo showed that, in addition to music, he has his sights set on the real estate sector by finalizing the purchase of a new house in the United States.

This is the third property that the Cuban reggaeton artist has acquired in that country, a business that is very profitable for many.

The famous pizza maker "Ale el cubano," and his wife, Rachel, fulfilled a dream they had cherished in the United States in June, by buying their first house.

The journey of this couple of entrepreneurs has not been easy as immigrants, but they have focused all their energy on achieving their goals, and little by little their efforts are yielding results.
