Diana Fuentes remembers her collaboration with El Taiger and joins in prayers for his recovery.

Diana Fuentes has joined the wave of support for El Taiger, who is in critical condition at Jackson Memorial in Miami after being shot in the head. In an emotional post on her Instagram account, the singer shared a video from 2017 where both collaborated on the song "Pon de tu parte," a song that marked many and remains in the memory of their followers. In addition to sharing this snippet of their joint work, Diana also sat at the piano to perform an a cappella segment of the single, in what was a deeply moving gesture.

Along with the video, Diana wrote: "Thank you, José @el_taiger, for this revolution of love, empathy, and brotherhood that you have drawn from the soul of everyone, especially of every Cuban. We continue to pray because we want to tell you in person and for you to see it. Let's go, José!"

Followers of both artists have flooded the post with messages of support and prayers, moved by Diana's words and El Taiger's delicate situation. "What beautiful energy, may it reach him please"; "Love as a consequence. This is beautiful"; "Tremendous song, to this day it’s still in my playlist," were some of the comments that stand out among the hundreds of reactions.

Many also remembered how special the collaboration in "Pon de tu parte" was, noting that the song still remains part of their playlists. "One of my favorite songs"; "One of the best songs"; "My favorite from that album," expressed some of the followers. Others were deeply moved by Diana's message: "Your beautiful words made me cry, Diana! You touched the hearts of all Cubans... Rise up, Warrior, you will achieve it!"

Artists and figures from the music world also joined the chain of support. Producer DJ Conds, as well as Srta Dayana, Nesty, and Cimafunk were some of those who left their messages of hope and strength in the comments, while the atmosphere of solidarity and concern continues to grow among fans.

Since last Thursday, Cuban artists, not only from the urban genre but also fans from around the world, have joined in chains of prayers, expressions of support, affection, and solidarity wishing for the recovery of El Taiger, who is fighting for his life after being shot in the forehead, which has left him in critical condition at Jackson Memorial in Miami.
