The shocking evacuation message from the speaker of a patrol in Hillsborough County

A car drove through the streets of Tampa urging the population to evacuate before it was too late.

This Tuesday, hours before the challenging day that millions of residents in Florida are experiencing on this October 9, a patrol circulated through the streets of Hillsborough County issuing a message of mandatory evacuation due to the imminent impact of Hurricane Milton in that area.

"It looks like a scene from a movie," stated Univision journalist Javier Díaz on Facebook, who shared the unique images that certainly seem to be taken from an apocalyptic film.

"Please evacuate now. We anticipate a significant rise in sea level and intense winds moving toward the area as the storm impacts our community. The time to evacuate is now. This is a message from the Hillsborough County Sheriff," was heard over a loudspeaker.

"Mandatory evacuation for this area, please evacuate now. We anticipate significant and potentially deadly impacts from the storm approaching our community. The time to evacuate is now," he added.

In recent hours, authorities and media outlets joined efforts to urge the population to follow evacuation recommendations, which are mandatory in some cases.

The striking television simulations of what the floods will be like were accompanied by the sobering warning made by the mayor of Tampa: "If you decide to stay in one of those evacuation zones, you will die."

The Tampa police even asked those who have refused to evacuate to write their name and date of birth on an arm to facilitate identification in case they pass away: Shocking.

President Joe Biden also urged residents in the affected areas to evacuate immediately, warning that it was a "matter of life or death."

In recent hours, Florida faced massive evacuations due to the imminent arrival of Milton, which could become the worst hurricane to impact the state in the last 100 years.

Some roads have experienced heavy traffic jams as many people waited until the last day to decide to leave for a safe area.

The day has arrived, the tropical storm winds are already affecting Florida, where several tornadoes have occurred in the last few hours.
