Cuban music is in mourning for the death of José Manuel Carbajal, better known as El Taiger. The Cuban singer passed away this Thursday, October 10, after a week fighting for his life after being shot in the head. This news has shocked his colleagues in the industry, who, upon learning of his death, have dedicated public messages to pay tribute to him.

One of the Cuban artists who expressed his sorrow was Ja Rulay, with whom El Taiger had controversies. Through his Instagram stories, Ja Rulay shared a touching message in which he put aside any disputes to remember that at some point they were friends.

"One day we were friends, I never forget it. We had our differences, but may God have you in glory because I see that, on top of a tragedy, his family and loved ones are in mourning. Let him rest in peace," wrote Ja Rulay, showing his support for El Taiger's family during this difficult time.

In his message, Ja Rulay requested that the family's mourning be respected and that no controversies arise around the tragedy. "Don't make it a numbers game or a controversy, only God knows the answer," he added.

Ja Rulay ended his message by sending his condolences to the closest loved ones of El Taiger. "My deepest condolences are for his children and his grandmother. From my heart, it's clean. Fly far away," he concluded, showing a gesture of reconciliation and peace.
