Lenier Mesa also immortalizes the initials LBMA on his neck for El Taiger.

Lenier Mesa shared part of the creative moment in which he immortalized the lyrics for which El Taiger was recognized.

The reactions after the news of the death of the popular Cuban reggaeton artist José Manuel Carbajal, better known as El Taiger, became known have been diverse and manifested in different ways, such as the one from fellow musician Lenier Mesa, who decided to immortalize the initials LBMA on his neck.

“We will always remember you, wherever you are brother, I carry your legacy around my neck, I will love you forever @el_taiger, may God look after you wherever you are,” wrote Lenier Mesa on Instagram.

At the same time, the interpreter of "Cómo te pago" shared a video showing part of the tattoo process, from its creation on the computer to being inked on the musician's neck, who got tattooed alongside two other people.

The initials, which were a mystery for a long time and that the late reggaeton artist proudly wore on his chest, mean "The Beast, the Machine, the Animal." Words with which he described himself in the Cuban urban genre. The singer often accompanied these initials with the phrase "The best in the world."

Dany Ome, another exponent of the urban genre, who showed solidarity with the serious situation that El Taiger was experiencing after being shot in the head, was one of the first artists to immortalize the phrase LBMA, following the news of his colleague's death.

El Taiger was declared dead this Thursday at noon at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he had been hospitalized for a week after being shot in the head.

An official statement published on the artist's Instagram page confirmed the tragic outcome for the 37-year-old musician: "Unfortunately, this afternoon, El Taiger was declared dead and has now reunited with his beloved mother in heaven."

Outside Jackson Memorial Hospital, fans were present to mourn his death.
