Cuban in Italy asks to remember El Taiger "partying, cheerful, and with his catchy songs."

"Let's remember him this way, he wanted to live like this."

"People only die when they are forgotten." With these words, TikTok user @cariperez24, a Cuban resident in Italy, paid an emotional tribute to the reggaeton artist El Taiger, after his tragic death in Miami.

In her video, where one of the artist's biggest hits, "Papelito," is heard, the young woman shared heartfelt words of respect for the singer's legacy.

"In this business, you will feel alone without his songs, because with virtues or defects, there is something to acknowledge about Tranka from Cuba; he was tough at writing and singing," he expressed a few days ago, after it was announced that the reggaeton artist had passed away.

During the video, he expressed his admiration for the artist and urged followers to remember him through his music.

"If God gave the whole world the opportunity, why can’t we give him the opportunity, remembering him like this: a joyful party-goer, with his songs that stuck by themselves," he invited in his words.

Finally, he concluded his tribute by saying: "My personal homage goes to José, goes to El Tiger, goes to La Tranka, is going to revolutionize the sky, and that’s how I want to imagine him."

The death of El Taiger, which occurred on October 10 in Miami after being shot in the head, has left a void among his followers and the Cuban artistic community. His funeral will be held at the Catholic Church of San Lázaro in Hialeah, Miami, where his fans will be able to say goodbye to him.

With hits like "Papelito," "La Historia," "Me Kemaste," "Habla Matador," among many others, El Taiger left a mark on more than one generation in Cuban reggaeton, and his fans, as @cariperez24 expressed, are determined to keep his memory alive through his music.
