After the car accident in which she nearly lost her life, Seidy La Niña proudly shows the scar that remains on her belly; for her, it is a reminder of what she was able to overcome; however, there are those who criticize her for aesthetic reasons.
"I don't like your belly," was the derogatory comment left by a user on one of her social media posts, to which the artist quickly responded.
“Before, this comment would have hurt me a lot, simply because I used to feel self-conscious about how my belly looks because of the scar I have,” Seidy confessed.
However, over time she has learned to accept the scars that life has left her and to feel very proud of herself in every way.
"Right now I show it off without any complexes, it's that I show it off more than before (...) I like to be in all the videos with my belly out," adds the singer.
Although many followers have told her to cover the scar with a tattoo or cosmetic surgery, she has not wanted to do so: “Covering my scar would be covering my story. Seidy La Niña was born from that accident, and that’s not going to change.”
