A video posted by the user Ernesto Alfaro shows different stages of Raúl's life. "Rest in peace, my little one. May God keep you in a beautiful place. Fly high, my little one," were the words that accompanied this visual tribute.

According to other comments, Raúl's murder took place in a location known as La Plaza, in the capital of Cienfuegos.

“No one prepared us for this, I don’t know who said you could leave, you still had so much to live, my angel. May God keep you in His glory, you were a brother, a friend, and above all, you were part of our family. We always loved you this way; we still had so much to enjoy with you,” wrote the internet user Aimy Del Sol.

Another person wrote alongside photos of the murdered teenager: "My child loves you so much, and everyone here knows what a great person you were and that you didn't deserve any of what happened to you. Right now, I don't have the words to express the immense pain I feel. You were the sweet child of the neighborhood, and everyone loved you so much. All that's left to say is that you will always be in the hearts of those who truly care for you."

This unfortunate incident highlights the need for initiatives and actions that help prevent the escalation of violence among young people in Cuba.

Last September, a 21-year-old young man was murdered in the town of San Germán, in the province of Holguín.

José Manuel Martínez was murdered by slitting his throat at midnight on Friday, September 6, in a robbery for his bicycle and cell phone.

Upon confessing, the author of the murder claimed that he was 'shaken up, needed money, and that kid happened to pass by at that moment; he was in the wrong place.'

Another事件 that shocked the Cuban community was the murder of a 30-year-old young man in Havana.

Enmanuel Rosales, originally from the province of Ciego de Ávila and residing in the Cuban capital, was stabbed near the Bus Terminal located in Plaza de la Revolución as he was heading home to the town of Cojímar.

The young man worked at a hotel in El Vedado, according to some reports on social media, and the motive for the murder was the theft of his cellphone and money.
