A Cuban woman shared an unexpected experience she had at a car wash in Miami in a TikTok video that has gone viral on the platform. The user @_lizeboutique_ described what happened to her in a video that mixes humor with a clear frustration over the service she received when she went to have her car cleaned at a place where she is a regular customer.

"Today I declare myself a complete woman. I have just heard the last thing I needed to hear," the Cuban woman begins. When she left her vehicle for cleaning, she requested "the usual," with particular emphasis on ensuring the interior was left like an "operating room." However, when she picked it up two hours later, she found the service to be incomplete and the employees indifferent.

When she was informed that the car wasn't ready, the Cuban decided to give the team an extra hour. However, upon returning and opening the trunk, she discovered that they hadn't even touched the walls of the compartment. Just then, the person in charge approached her and, before she could complain, handed her a rag saying, "Here, take this rag to clean up whatever you see is dirty."

"Come here, Roberto, why did I pay you? What were you supposed to do with the car? Explain it to me," she told the camera.

With humor, the Cuban concludes her story by saying, “This is the last thing I needed to hear. People at the car washes are unbelievable. There’s no love.”

"If it were just the car washes, everywhere the service is terrible; I don’t know what’s going on." "I stopped paying for car washes because the frustration you experience is more than worth it since they always mess it up." "I experienced the same thing once. So never again; I looked for ways to clean it myself, and it turned out perfectly and cost me nothing." These are some of the comments left for this Cuban woman.
