Jorge Junior, cousin of El Taiger, reacted on social media after Damián Valdez-Galloso, through his lawyer, declared himself not guilty of the reggaeton singer's homicide in court this Thursday.
“Today I saw that the court date for my cousin's case was moved up. They say it wasn't that kid who fired the shot and he declares himself innocent. I was watching Teresa’s live stream today, and what she says makes sense (...) I know it was him, the whole world knows it was him,” said the leader of Los 4.
“Now the family has to endure all these things; we have to endure all the videos, we have to withstand pressure and be strong because whoever has the video and wants to upload it will upload it. There are those who don’t upload it for malicious reasons, those who upload it for good, and those who upload it so the whole world knows what really happened, not realizing that every little video they post can hurt us, those closest to the situation,” the artist added.
Jorge Junior clarified that he was not in court due to his commitments with Los 4, which currently have him on tour in Peru. However, he mentioned that he did not see any of those who called themselves El Taiger's brothers or the mothers of his daughters in court. Nevertheless, he acknowledged that the support from the artist's fans remains strong.
This Thursday, after shocking images surfaced showing the moment El Taiger was shot in the head, many of his followers reacted with outrage on social media, demanding justice for the reggaeton artist and that Damián Valdez-Galloso be charged with first-degree murder.
