A group of Cubans helped a driver who suffered an accident on a corner in Hialeah this Tuesday.

The vehicle, a silver Hyundai SUV, overturned on one of its sides after colliding with another car at an intersection with a traffic light.

A video shared on the site lifestyle_miami showed the moment when a group of people, including drivers and bystanders, rushed to help the driver, who was trapped inside the vehicle.

With typically Cuban phrases and accents, several people hurried to return the car to its normal position and help the driver out through a window, as his door remained blocked.

At the time of writing this report, the exact location of the incident is unknown, as well as details regarding the condition of those involved in the accident, or the causes of it.

This incident adds to other accidents that have occurred in the city.

In July 2024, a Cuban was arrested in Hialeah after driving under the influence and causing a collision. According to reports, the individual was driving erratically before losing control of the vehicle, crashing into another car.

On the other hand, in April 2024, a Cuban woman and her aunt lost their lives in a serious traffic accident that also occurred in that city.

These events reflect the concern for road safety in Hialeah, where the Cuban community is one of the most active and has often shown its solidarity in emergency situations.
