Will Dr. Polo return to record episodes of Caso Cerrado?

Dr. Polo is considering returning to "Caso Cerrado" if the ideal conditions arise, while she explores new projects in 2025, including a play that premieres this Thursday and will tour several cities in the United States.

Fans of the popular television show "Caso Cerrado" are wondering on social media if they will be able to watch new episodes, hosted by the unparalleled Doctora Ana María Polo.

In October of last year, Polo spoke with journalist Lourdes Del Río on the podcast En positivo. The doctor shared details about her current life, her projects for 2025, and confirmed her stance on recording new episodes of "Caso Cerrado".

"I never say no, because you never know. It's a program that will be valid at any time. If the perfect conditions were to arise... What are the perfect conditions for me? To get a production team like the one I had, which I trained for almost 20 years, because that team was close to me and we understood each other perfectly. They knew what I was looking for, what type of case caught my attention," he said.

He made it clear that this is not an economic issue because in his professional life he has learned to save and does not require large investments or million-dollar expenditures to feel fulfilled and happy. He has everything he needs and is enjoying this stage of life.

"If those new chapters were to come in a different dynamic, about 40 a year, that could be possible. I used to make between 355 and 350 chapters a year. I even did Caso Cerrado in Chile. If the perfect conditions were met, I would do it again, but I don't know, every day that goes by, I enjoy my free time more," he said.

Doctor Polo brings new projects in March 2025

This week, Polo shared on his social media that he is collaborating on a theater play. It was one of his goals for this year, and he had mentioned it in the interview with Del Río. He would also like to try playing a dramatic role in a good movie.

The play that will bring Polo before the Latino audience in the United States is called "Antes que me Maten". It is dedicated to recounting biographical aspects of the host, presenter, and actor, Javier Ceriani. The Argentine claims he will dare to be "judged as a gossip" and will reveal juicy secrets he knows about the entertainment world in Miami.

"Before They Kill Me," directed by Kevin Cass, will premiere in Los Angeles, with performances on March 20, 27, and 30. It will then tour Las Vegas, Miami, Houston, Orlando, Chicago, and New York.

Doctor Polo shared images from a recent rehearsal session on her Instagram stories. Fans of "Caso Cerrado" have an upcoming date, but they will need to leave home and visit the theaters to see how this story unfolds.
