A Cuban resident in the United States shared on social media images of her flight back to the U.S. from Cuba, amid concerns about alleged immigration issues for permanent residents attempting to return to the U.S.

"That's how the return flight was. None of these people had issues returning to the country because they were simply residents," the young woman explained in a video posted on TikTok under the username @lia_de_lacaridad.

In the clip, the airplane cabin is shown filled with passengers who, according to the statement, were permanent residents in the U.S. and did not encounter any issues upon their return.

The Cuban took the opportunity in her testimony to send a message of reassurance to other travelers who may be concerned about rumors regarding alleged restrictions on the entry of legal residents after visiting Cuba.
