The Goddess will return to the Watsco Center to launch her new album: "Let's Make History Again."

La Diosa will release her new album "Joyas" at the Watsco Center in Miami next July. The album includes classics from the 70s and 80s, reinterpreted with a Cuban and contemporary twist.

The Cuban singer La Diosa is once again embracing greatness. On July 19, the artist will present her new album at the iconic Watsco Center in Miami, the same venue where she made history in 2023 by debuting musically in the United States.

“I have great news, an album called Joyas is coming, which will be presented at the Watsco Center this July 19, get your tickets. My loves, let's make history again”, announced La Diosa on Instagram.

The interpreter, known for her powerful voice and irreverent style, revealed that this new production has been a deeply personal project, where she revives classics of pop and Hispanic ballads from the 70s and 80s, reinterpreted with a contemporary and Cuban touch.

I got it in my head to make an album called Jewels featuring classics from the 70s and 80s, but this takes time and I’ve been trying for about two years to get the King to sit down, forget about the music we usually release, and focus on this album because I want to do it in detail,” the artist confessed on her Instagram.

The album, produced by her husband Rey El Mago, will include adaptations of iconic songs, including “Brindaremos por él,” popularized in 1983 by the Spanish singer Massiel.

“One of the songs we selected is ‘We'll Toast to Him,’ released in '83 by a singer known as Massiel, a tough, temperamental woman, just like me,” La Diosa revealed.

According to Rey El Mago, producing the song involved meticulous reinterpretation to adapt it to La Diosa's style and connect it with today's Cuban audience.

This theme 'We'll Toast to Him' by Massiel is a work that entailed a lot of responsibility because it is a theme about how subtle it is, and I had to take it to the sound of La Diosa 2025, remodel many aspects, bring it forward, and do it in a comparsa style linked with changüí, Cuban music, to convey the feeling that the theme from '83 evokes, and the essence had to be present in this song. It was quite a challenging job, but I believe the result is going to delight you,” assured the producer.

With this ambitious project, La Diosa aims to reaffirm her place in the Latin music scene from Miami, combining nostalgia, vocal power, and Cuban roots in a show that promises to make history once again.
