A traffic accident that occurred in the early hours of Tuesday to Wednesday at kilometer 212 of the National Highway of Cuba, near the province of Cienfuegos, resulted in the death of a minor.

The incident was reported in the Facebook group "ACCIDENTES BUSES & CAMIONES for more experience and fewer victims!", where the user Mandy Pruna shared a video taken at the scene.

"Highway km 212, around 12:00 pm," he specified.

According to information from the user La Tijera, the driver of the vehicle involved - a relative of the deceased child - is said to have fallen asleep while driving, which caused the accident.

The event took place near the entrance of the town of Cartagena, which is part of the municipality of Rodas.
