Background of the lawsuit

In December 2024, Cántalo TV, represented by Armando Labrador sued La Diosa, claiming that the artist had violated a contract signed in 2023, which granted the company exclusive rights to her career.

The document, presented by attorney Lilly J. Real, stipulated that the singer must deliver 20% of her monthly net earnings, in addition to keeping the corporation informed about her income and events.

The legal conflict included a loan of 91 thousand dollars that La Diosa received from the company to purchase a luxury Cadillac car. The artist had already made three partial payments of 20 thousand dollars, but Labrador in his lawsuit claimed that she still owed 31 thousand dollars.

At the time, Labrador requested a total compensation exceeding 100 thousand dollars, also claiming unjust enrichment on the part of the performer.

Nevertheless, with this ruling, La Diosa claims to have achieved a victory in a legal process that had pursued her for months and about which she had said very little on social media.

The gesture was celebrated by her followers, who flooded the post with messages of support and congratulations for the artist.

As of the time of writing this note, Armando Labrador has not provided any public statements regarding the ruling.
