The influencer Flor de Cuba shared a video on her social media where she showcases the homes she has visited in Kentucky, as she looks to buy her first house in the United States, a country where she decided to settle down in December of last year with her partner. It has not yet been eleven months since she chose to live in the country, but she is already celebrating this new step with pride and excitement.
"Today is a special day because I will be choosing the first house I will buy in the United States. So I want you to accompany me through this process, this adventure for me," Flor shared at the beginning of the video, joined by her real estate agent and her boyfriend.
The creator explained that she is looking for a spacious house, with room for her children (who currently live in Cuba) and also for work, as her home will serve as her recording studio and personal workspace. "I work from home, so I need everything to be well thought out," she remarked.
During the tour, he visited four properties. He dismissed the first one due to its "very old" design, while he loved the second for its nature-surrounded yard and four bedrooms, perfect for his family. He also admitted that one of his essential requirements is to have a large closet.
The third house didn't convince her as much as she had hoped: “It looked better in the photos. The land is beautiful, but I don't want a house that I have to remodel,” she said. In contrast, the fourth one —a model home— completely won her over. “It has the closet of my dreams, and the kitchen and living room are spectacular. I’m happy because I didn’t know I could achieve so much in such a short time in this great country,” she expressed excitedly.
The video, which has already garnered more than 17,000 likes on Instagram, sparked a wave of reactions among her followers, who agreed that the last house is the most beautiful and modern. “The last one is spectacular, it looks so much like you,” commented a fan, while others congratulated her on her achievements and wished her blessings in this new chapter.
