The Cuban influencer Gino Montalvo Martínez, better known as Oyacito “King of Kings”, revolutionized Instagram after sharing images and videos from an aesthetic clinic in Miami, where he underwent surgery to enhance his physique.
With his spontaneous and unfiltered style, Oyacito showcased part of the process in the operating room, accompanied by the song "Se puso linda" by Karol G, and tagging the center @golden_cosmetic_center. The images revealed areas worked on the abdomen and buttocks, triggering a flood of reactions among his followers.
In another one of his videos, the content creator shared images preparing for surgery. “Although I got up… #NewBody,” making it clear that he feels happy with his transformation and ready to close the year with everything.
As expected, the comments arrived swiftly. “The body of desire,” wrote his friend Kenny Robert. Other users left messages such as, “Rosario is coming on strong, I love it,” “I think there's a new waist coming,” or “We’ll be debuting, and not necessarily new clothes this New Year’s Eve.”
Some even joked about the surprise of the post: “Without warning, that’s not how it’s done,” while others highlighted their naturalness and confidence: “Blessings, my love, you look beautiful no matter what,” “Now this is a scandal,” or “The new body for 2026.”
