The Cuban pitcher Odrisamer Despaigne achieved his sixth win of the winter season with the Yaquis de Obregón this Saturday, establishing himself as one of the most consistent players in the pitching lineup of the Mexican Pacific League.

According to journalist Francys Romero on his social media, the right-handed pitcher worked for seven innings, allowed only one run, and struck out five batters, a performance that lowered his ERA to 2.88.

Thanks to his performance, Despaigne currently ranks fourth in effectiveness throughout the league, in addition to holding the sixth position in innings pitched (59.1) and the seventh in opponent batting average (.243).

The veteran, originally from Havana, continues to display strength and control from the mound, being a key arm for Obregón's aspirations in the final stretch of the championship.
