The musician, known for his multicolored hair and provocative style, has over 24 million followers on Instagram and a long history of legal issues related to assaults, gang connections, and drug possession.

The MDC Brooklyn, a high-security federal prison, currently houses about 1,200 detainees and has been described by some judges as a "hell on earth" due to poor living conditions, violence, and structural deficiencies.

In the same prison are Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, captured on January 3rd during a military operation by the Delta Force ordered by President Donald Trump. Luigi Mangione is also detained, accused of the murder of the CEO of United Healthcare.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced in December to three months in jail for violating the terms of his probation.

Prosecutors claim that he possessed small amounts of cocaine and ecstasy and that he assaulted a man at a shopping mall in Florida. His defense is confident that he will be able to resume his music career upon release.
