Brayan “El Joker” has once again brought to the forefront one of the promises that sparked much discussion following his victory at El Rancho de Destino: the construction of water wells in Africa.
Through a new story on Instagram, the Cuban influencer made it clear that the project is not just talk. “And we already have the money too, thanks to God. Team Joker. We've started working on the wells. This is not a promise... it’s a commitment. God is with us and we will achieve it”, he wrote, accompanying the message with an image of several children gathered around a water well in a rural area.
The message marks an important turning point from what was initially an expressed intention within the reality show. During the program, Brayan stated that if he won, he would allocate part of the $50,000 prize to build wells in African communities where many children have to walk long distances to access clean water.
Now, after winning the grand prize—a $50,000 sum and a Corvette—he states that he already has the money and that efforts have begun to bring the initiative to fruition. This means he is officially moving from promise to public commitment.

For the moment, he has not specified which country would benefit, whether he will work with a specific organization, or exactly how much money will be allocated to the project. However, his new publication rekindles the debate that has followed him since the final: Will he be able to turn his charitable intentions into a concrete project?
Beyond the controversies surrounding the reality show, Brayan seems determined to prove that his victory can extend beyond entertainment. Now, all eyes are on the next steps and how this initiative, which he promised to millions of followers, will unfold.
