The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) released declassified images on Saturday of the attacks against targets of the Iranian regime, as part of the military operation announced by the White House.
The videos show rockets being launched and fighter jets taking off from a U.S. aircraft carrier deployed in the region, as part of the offensive ordered by President Donald Trump.
"As the President stated, our goal is to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats from the Iranian regime. The President ordered bold action. CENTCOM forces are delivering an overwhelming and relentless blow," the military command noted in a statement shared on social media.
The images match previous reports about the deployment of the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier, the largest in the world, accompanied by destroyers and combat aircraft.
From these types of platforms operate aircraft such as the F/A-18 Super Hornet, as well as electronic support and refueling aircraft, capable of executing precision strikes with guided missiles and smart bombs.
Although the Pentagon has not officially detailed the specific systems used in this phase of the operation, military analysts note that carrier strike offensives typically involve cruise missiles launched from escort ships and laser or GPS-guided munitions, designed to accurately hit strategic infrastructures.
The Trump administration has maintained that the operation —identified as Operation Epic Fury— aims to neutralize immediate threats from the Iranian regime.
The release of visual material aims to strengthen the message of Washington's operational capacity and determination amid an escalation that has already prompted a worldwide alert from the State Department for American citizens.
So far, no official damage assessment or independent evaluation of the total impact of the attacks has been released. The situation in the region continues to evolve rapidly.
