A video posted on TikTok has stirred nostalgia among many Cubans by showcasing the stunning views surrounding the home of the beloved Cuban singer Polo Montañez, known as "El Guajiro Natural."

The images, shared by the account @raicesdecuba, showcase various areas of the home and reveal the natural surroundings: a serene lake, lush vegetation, and green hills that make up one of the most striking landscapes in western Cuba.

The video also shows the exterior of the house and some of its interior spaces, from which there is a direct view of the lake. In one of the scenes, a visitor is seen sitting on the porch, gazing at the landscape that has inspired the popular musician for years.

Polo Montañez's house is located in the community of Las Terrazas, in the province of Artemisa, an area known for its natural riches and its close connection to Cuban culture and music.

The post generated numerous reactions from users who recalled the artist and shared their experiences after visiting the site.

"How lovely is our Guajiro Natural's little house. I've visited it three times; it has magic," commented a user.

Other Cubans highlighted the emotional weight of the site and its connection to the singer's music. "I’m from Camagüey, and when I hear 'Gorrion' and think of Cuba, my magic wand is Polo's songs," wrote another internet user.

Several users also highlighted the beauty of the natural surroundings. "I love it, the landscapes and Polo Montañez's house are very beautiful. There are still many lovely things in Cuba," expressed another person.

Some visitors reported that they have already been to the location and hope to return in the future. "I visited the place, very beautiful, I will go again when I can," noted another comment.

There were even those who expressed a desire to return to Cuba someday to see this emblematic site again. "When Cuba is free, this will be one of the first places I return to," stated another user.

Polo Montañez was one of the most beloved musicians on the island, thanks to songs like "Un montón de estrellas" and "Guajiro natural." Despite his passing in 2002, his music continues to be a significant part of the cultural memory of many Cubans, both inside and outside the country.
