The personal trainer of Rachel Arderi reacted to the criticisms that arose on social media following the video in which the Cuban influencer was seen working out at the gym without filters, a post that generated numerous comments about her appearance.

After the controversy, the Cuban fitness coach Yasmany Amed Rodríguez García, known on Instagram as @yaspersonaltrainer, posted a new video where he reads and comments on some of the messages left by users on the previous post.

In the clip, Yas begins by reviewing one of the comments questioning whether Rachel really trains or if her image on social media is due to other factors. From there, she takes the opportunity to reflect on the excuses that many people use to avoid going to the gym.

"Women, like a large part of society, often make excuses not to go to the gym: whether it's time, work...", comments the trainer while checking messages on his phone.

It also responds to those who claim that photos or videos on social media do not reflect reality. As explained, the video that sparked the controversy was recorded right after finishing a workout, when Rachel was sweaty and unmade up.

In the midst of the comments, Yas also highlighted a supportive one that caught his attention: that of a woman who mentioned that, despite having children and responsibilities at home, she trains every day. "Excuses don’t change your life, action does", concludes the trainer, who resides in Miami and works with various entertainment figures and influencers at his gym.
