On the same day, two of the most followed Cuban influencers in the digital world decided to light up social media with double doses of romance: Daniela Reyes and La Dura showed off their new loves with photos that went viral in no time.
Daniela shared a selfie kiss with Rafa Rodríguez, the Cuban businessman and owner of Miami Hair Transplant clinic, on her stories at Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas. A romantic snapshot, stylish and without asking for anyone's permission.
Almost simultaneously, La Dura reposted the photos that her boyfriend Jorge Carlos Pajón shared on Instagram of their heavenly vacation in the Bahamas. The kiss in the pool while flaunting her stunning figure, of course, was the most talked about moment. "She really did close," wrote dozens of users, encapsulating what many were thinking.
Both love stories have something in common: they were born after breakups that shook the Cuban community on social media. Daniela Reyes ended her relationship with reggaeton artist Yomil Hidalgo in June 2025, and this past March, she publicly shared her new story with Rafa Rodríguez through a video on a yacht that went viral instantly.
La Dura, for her part, closed a 12-year chapter in September 2025 with Jacob Forever, with whom she has a daughter named Saisha. The first rumors of her romance with Pajón emerged a few months later, but the open secret was confirmed on February 14 when they officially announced their relationship.
Both influencers have been repeatedly compared on social media for their glamorous style, and the fact that both couples have expressed their love at the same time turns this into a sort of unspoken competition of romance. The question now dividing Cuban followers on social media is inevitable: Daniela and Rafa in Las Vegas, or La Dura and Pajón in the Bahamas? The debate is open.
