Osmani García performed last Saturday at the Ultra Music Festival Miami 2026 alongside DJ and producer Mykris, in a performance that also served to record footage for the official video of his upcoming single "Mi plan es amarte".
The Cuban reggaeton artist took the stage at 1 PM on Saturday, March 28 at Bayfront Park, in the heart of Downtown Miami, as part of one of the most important electronic music festivals in the world.
The 2026 edition of the festival, held from March 27 to 29, featured top headliners such as Major Lazer, Afrojack, BZRP, Alan Walker, and John Summit, and showcased 46 debuts with 80% of acts being new compared to previous editions.
During the presentation, Osmani García and DJ Mykris recorded material for the official video of "Mi plan es amarte," a song that is part of the new collaborative project titled "Electronic Love", which will feature five new songs designed for a worldwide festival tour.
The artist himself announced the premiere on his social media: "I can't wait for you to see the official video of My plan is to love you from Ultra Miami and Peru alongside the great DJ Mykris, my brother, but we still need to film in Ultra Peru."
The images from the video will combine footage shot in Miami with scenes that will be filmed at Ultra Perú 2026, scheduled for May 2 at the Club Cultural Lima, in the Chorrillos district.
The album "Electronic Love," credited to Mykris x Osmani García, also features the contributions of producers Jerry Edition, Yeiworld, and Inti. It is designed as the soundtrack for a tour that will take the artist to all the Ultra festivals around the world in 2026, for the second consecutive year.
This strategy of touring the Ultra Worldwide circuit is not new for Cubans:
Peru has become a particularly significant market for Osmani García, who in September 2025 stated: "I will always be grateful to Peru".
DJ Mykris, whose real name is Christophe Fernandez Neira, is a Miami-based electronic music producer with previous appearances on the main stage at Ultra Miami, where he performed in 2023, and at Ultra Europe, held in Croatia.
The collaboration between Osmani García —a well-established figure in reggaeton with hits like "El Taxi"— and Mykris represents a commitment to the fusion of reggaeton and electronic dance music aimed at the international festival circuit.
The official release of the music video for "My Plan Is to Love You" is scheduled for April, as part of the playlist "Electronic Love," as confirmed by the artist in his posts following the performance in Miami.
