Niurka Marcos returns to the screen —this time to the digital one— as one of the confirmed participants of La Mansión VIP, the ambitious reality show by the Mexican influencer HotSpanish premiering this Saturday, April 12, on YouTube.

The project brings together 16 celebrities and influencers in a mansion for a month, with a live broadcast 24 hours a day, available for free, and a grand prize of two million pesos (approximately $115,000) for the winner.

The Cuban was confirmed as the fourth participant in the show, and her announcement did not go unnoticed on social media.

It's not the first time Niurka has entered a house filled with cameras and explosive personalities: she previously participated in Big Brother México in 2004, several seasons of Rica, Famosa, Latina between 2015 and 2017, La Casa de los Famosos 2 on Telemundo in 2022, and most recently in La Casa de los Famosos All-Stars in 2025, from which she was eliminated in May of that year after more than three months of confinement.

In The VIP Mansion, Niurka will not be alone in experience in the genre: Alfredo Adame arrives as the great winner of The VIP Farm 2025 on TV Azteca, where he also took home two million pesos after more than seventy days of competition.

The confirmed cast so far also includes Sol León, Eli Esparza, Aldo Arturo, Naim Darrechi, and Katy Cardona, although there are still names to be revealed to complete the roster of 16 participants.

The dynamics of the program are similar to those of La Casa de los Famosos: intense living together, strategy, alliances, and, above all, the audience as the judge of what happens inside the mansion.

HotSpanish summarized it like this in a TikTok video: "A 24/7 reality show for a month, featuring 16 of their favorite influencers, where the audience decides what happens inside the house, where luxury, pressure, strategy, and the strongest personalities will clash head-on. In the end, there will be a single winner who will take home two million pesos. This is the VIP Mansion."

Behind the project is Roberto González, known as HotSpanish, a Mexican content creator with over 34 million followers on TikTok, eight million on Instagram, and 35 million on Facebook, giving him a massive reach to distribute the reality show entirely digitally and for free.

HotSpanish himself did not hide the magnitude of his bet: "This is the biggest project of my entire life. I have invested my fortune in something that is going to change social media forever."

The VIP Mansion arrives at the peak of digital reality shows in the Spanish-speaking world and will face direct competition from the very start: Planeta Alofoke, another reality show of the same format, premieres one day later, on April 13.
