The Cuban influencer La Dura surprised her more than three million followers on Instagram this week by openly answering two of the questions her fans often ask: why her username remains "diliambejacob" and how her relationship with Jorge Carlos Pajón is going.
From what appears to be a beach with views of a cruise ship on the horizon, Diliamne Jouve González —her real name— posted a series of stories where she didn't shy away from any questions.
Regarding her ex's last name, the reggaeton artist Jacob Forever, which still appears on her profile, the influencer was clear: "I am in the process of changing my name. The Meta-verified account takes a bit more time, as it is not a subscription. I am working on it, and soon it will be reflected as Diliamne Jouve."

The clarification came after many followers repeatedly asked why she continued to use that surname months after confirming her separation from Jacob Forever in September 2025, after more than twelve years of being together.
But the story that moved her fans the most was the one she dedicated to talking about Pajón, her current partner.
Accompanied by a photo of them very close together, almost kissing, La Dura wrote: "I could tell you many things about him, but the most important thing is that I consider him a good man. From the very first moment, he showed me commitment, he is immensely affectionate, and makes me feel loved and valued."
And he closed with a phrase that his followers quickly highlighted: "In the end, I can say that I am happy."
La Dura and Jorge Carlos Pajón officialized their relationship on February 14, 2026, Valentine's Day, through posts on Instagram. Since then, the couple has shared trips to the Bahamas and photos on Caribbean beaches that exceeded 45,000 likes, in addition to romantic gestures such as when Pajón wrote on her arm the phrase "Diliamne, my baby".
The new relationship has not been free of criticism, but La Dura has faced it firmly: "Everyone is free to express their opinion as they wish."
