A video published on TikTok by the account of AK47 Records shows the Cuban singer Ovi touring an impressive house under construction, and speculation about a possible new property in Miami quickly arose among his followers.
In the images, a large structure in the construction phase can be seen: columns, unfinished walls, and spacious areas that suggest a luxury residence.
Ovi appears in the video with a relaxed attitude, strolling through the different areas of the property as if he is inspecting a personal project, even though nothing in the clip explicitly confirms this.
What is clear, however, is the scale of the construction: high ceilings, generous layout, and structural details that indicate a high-end residence, entirely in line with the lifestyle the artist has projected in recent years.
The post does not clarify whether it concerns their future home, a real estate investment, or simply a visit, and that mystery is precisely what sparked comments and theories among their fans.
It wouldn't be the first time that Ovi invests in real estate: in January 2022, the artist announced on social media that he had purchased a house for his unborn child, writing: I even bought you your house. You will be born without worries and healthy, thank God.

The rise of Ovi is a story of triumph that began when he left Cuba around 2017, sold his house on the island, traveled to Ecuador, and crossed several borders until settling in Miami.
