Family pleads for help in finding young Cuban woman missing for 15 days in Texas

Relatives are searching for Naomi Zoila Leyva Agüero, a 26-year-old Cuban residing in Katy, Houston, in the state of Texas, who has not responded to calls or messages and has been missing for two weeks.

The family of Naomi Zoila Leyva Agüero, a 26-year-old Cuban resident in Houston, Texas, is urgently asking for help to find her after she has been missing for 15 days.

The young woman, known among her acquaintances as “Nailed,” lives in the Katy area and her family and friends have lost all contact with her for the past two weeks.

In distress over the young woman's disappearance, they are seeking the community's assistance to gather information that could help locate her as soon as possible.

The search poster, shared by family and close friends on social media, warns that Naomi "is not answering calls or messages, neither from her mother nor from her friends," and states that "she is missing, and no one knows her whereabouts."

"Your mom and friends are desperate! Any information could be crucial. Please help us bring her home," he emphasizes.

The notice includes several photographs of Naomi, in which her tattoos on her arms and torso are identifiable. The young woman was born in Las Tunas on August 8, 1999.

According to the information released, the last time she was seen, she was allegedly in the company of a man, whose name and photo appear on the poster.

The disappearance of Naomi has already been formally reported to the Houston Police. Anyone with information that could help locate her can contact the following numbers in Cuba: her mother Dennis Agüero (+53 5154849) and her friends Dayana (+53 54542729) and Nabila (+53 58091393).

"Please spread this information, whether you know her or not, it could save her life," urges the missing person poster.

The dissemination of alerts through social media is the main mechanism used by the Cuban community in the United States to locate missing compatriots, especially when the closest relatives are in Cuba and cannot act directly on U.S. territory.
