A Cuban couple went viral this Sunday by sharing a video of their wedding on TikTok, in which both, fully adorned in their wedding attire, jump into a dance in the garden to the rhythm of "Dame Un AAA (Tita)", the hit by Ya Ice Dilan and Bebeshito.

The clip was posted by Leidel Portuondo with the caption "Elegant but rough" and features the groom in a striking emerald green suit with black lapels, a dark tie, and sunglasses, while the bride wears an off-shoulder white A-line dress.

Behind the couple, the bridesmaids—dressed in deep purple, lilac, fuchsia, and light pink—complete the picture of a celebration that blends the formal elegance of a wedding with the lively spirit of Cuba's most popular urban genre.

The chosen song, released on March 27 under the label Planet Records / JipMusic Global, was produced by DJ Honda and Roberto Ferrante, and has garnered around 750,000 views on YouTube since its debut.

The video is part of a trend that has been growing for months among Cuban couples: making the distribution the star of their weddings.

In March, another Cuban couple went viral as they entered their wedding hall dancing to "Tacto que llegó el reparto," in what they themselves called "our repartera wedding."

And in April 2025, another couple went viral on social media by dancing reparto in the middle of the street on the day of their wedding.

Cuban reparto is an urban genre that originated in the working-class neighborhoods of Havana in the late 2000s. It blends reggaeton with timba, rumba, and guaguancó, and since 2021, it has gained international recognition, especially in Latin America.

In 2026, the genre experiences a surge on social media, with TikTok as the primary platform for dissemination, and its rhythms are increasingly featured at weddings, gender reveals, and all sorts of celebrations.

Ice Dilan, one of the most listened to artists in the genre, has approximately 3.9 million monthly listeners on Spotify; Bebeshito has about 1.6 million.

The wedding video has accumulated over 11,200 views, 865 likes, and has been shared 40 times since its publication, confirming that in Cuba, elegant and "repa" are not mutually exclusive terms.
