The controversy surrounding "Dichávate," one of the recent major hits from the Cuban cast, has just added a new chapter. Hela Busador and Rey Tony, known as Los Titi, have publicly claimed authorship of the song after the manager of Ya Ice Dilan from JIP Music Global stated that the song entirely belongs to their label and that the main artist behind the hit is Ya Ice Dilan.
The controversy began after an interview given by the representative of JIP Music Global to the channel Chisme con Flow, where he asserted that the song is the absolute property of the company.
"The main artist of the song is Ya Ice Dilan. The song 'Dichávate' is one of the biggest hits that the cast has produced right now. It’s a song that’s entirely from JIP Music," he stated.
According to the explanation, the label holds all the rights related to success, including the master, commercial exploitation, the music video, and promotion.
Furthermore, he denied any significant involvement of third parties in the project's origins.
"There is no other person. The people who came here arrived after that success," he assured.
The statements prompted an immediate response from Los Titi.
Hela Busador posted a video on Instagram recorded in the studio on November 12, 2025, where he is seen working on the creation of the track. Along with the images, he wrote: "Today I'm sharing this to dismiss any rumors about the creation of Dichávate. Everyone deserves their credit, but Dichávate was created by Los Titi."
Later, he was even more explicit in the comments of another post, where he revealed details of the agreement signed with the company.
"I wrote the song Dichávate in its entirety. He sent us the split of the song with a clause stating that he was the absolute owner, and we overlooked it because we relied on the trust we had built with him. Everyone knows that Rey Tony and I managed ourselves. I'm not going to stay quiet about this anymore," he stated.

For his part, Rey Tony also expressed his discontent.
"Enough of being minimized. One has worked hard and sacrificed for JIP Music Global to come and say that Rey Tony and Hela Busador have nothing to do with the song," he wrote.
Meanwhile, the representative of JIP Music Global reiterated his position. Although he acknowledged that he had a close relationship with both artists before the success of the song, he felt that they were not being fair regarding the role the company played.
"I think these guys should feel some gratitude for this collaboration, because it was the collaboration that put them on the map," he declared.
He also argued that, although Los Titi had already gained some visibility with previous tracks, including a cover with Chocolate MC, Dichávate was the project that truly positioned them on a larger scale within the lineup.
The representative also insisted that there is no personal conflict between Ya Ice Dilan and Los Titi, and suggested that there are individuals interested in causing divisions within the team.
However, on social media, several followers came to the duo's defense. One user commented, "I witnessed it when they weren't even considering including Dylan in the song, and no one had heard the track yet. The Titi don't lie."
Officially released on December 24, 2025, "Dichávate" was credited to Ya Ice Dilan, Rey Tony, Hela Busador, JIP Music Global, and DJ Honda. Since then, it has become one of the most significant phenomena in the Cuban music scene, sparking a viral trend that has seen involvement from figures like Alexander Delgado, Bad Gyal, Maluma, and Vinicius Jr.
Now, behind one of the biggest successes of the genre, a public dispute is unfolding over who truly deserves credit for a song that marked the beginning of 2026.
